Hot stamping foil is Cawin’s core product. Using our meticulous manufacturing technique, our finish product has the best reflective coating among other stamping foils available in the market. This allows for more distinctive labeling when transferred to your product.
Hot stamping foil is your best choice when it comes to creating luxurious feel in your products. This is possible through the process we call hot stamping where designs are first etched to a metal die and heated up to a certain temperature. The hot stamping foil is then placed in between the metal die and the surface of the material where the design is to be rendered.
Hot stamping foils come in a wide range of colors from matte palette to the most distinct colors such as bronze, silver, and gold. Textures may vary as well depending on the surface where the labels and designs will be imprinted.
Hologram Foils
A custom hologram offers the best security against counterfeiting. Made in the same way as metallic foils but includes an embossed pattern that diffracts the light and shows the colours of the spectrum at different angles.
Metallic Hot Stamping Foils
A printing method of relief printing in which the foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures. Metallic finishes play an important part in conveying premium quality and exclusivity. Eye catching to the consumer, foil embellishments can provide authenticity and increased visibility at point of sale.

Scratch Off Foils
It is referred to as the heat-generated foil stamps that are used to hide some numeric information or any other exclusive information on the products. The scratch-off foil can be easily removed by scratching the foil with the corner of the coin.
Heat Transfer Foils
A technique that print the design on the PET film first then using the Heat Transfer Machine to transfer the design on the product through high temperature and pressure. So the defect rate is lower than direct printing and present an exquisite printing.
Cold Foils
A modern method of printing metallic foil on a substrate in order to enhance the aesthetic of the final product. Cold foil printing can be done two ways: the older dry lamination process common in the offset printing industry, or the newer, more versatile wet lamination process, which is dominant in the flexo label industry.
Holographic Foils
It is made in the same way as metallic foils but includes an embossed pattern that diffracts the light and shows the colours of the spectrum at different angles. There are many patterns and colours within the Holographic hot stamping foil range.
Gilding Foils
The process of applying a metallic foil to the outer edges of your book. Typically gilt service is offered in gold or silver, but our expert artisans will gild your books in any foil color of your choice.
Transparent Foils
Made in a similar way to metallic holographic foils but the layer being replaced by an HRI (High Refractive Index) coating to enhance the holographic effect.
Silicone Rubber Die
It is commonly used for the application of hot stamp foil and heat transfers onto flat, contoured or cylindrical-shaped products. We produce durable, high-precision silicone dies that deliver crisp, clean, impactful decoration to your part.
